STANDARDS CENTRAL was introduced through a collaborative effort of industry experts combining specialized knowledge, experience and shared resources to contribute to quality assurance and standard setting in the hospitality industry.  This also gave birth to the HPASA (Hospitality Practitioners Association of Southern Africa), a platform dedicated to giving acknowledgement and recognition to individuals and establishments in the hospitality sector for upholding industry standards.
